In an effort to improve services to our customers we would like to set forth some of the policies and procedures of Vineland Syrup, Inc.
CREDIT:
Credit is available upon application and review of same; otherwise all deliveries and service are C.O.D.
All discounts are based upon quantity and C.O.D. orders. Also, the customer’s account must be paid in full to qualify for any discount.
ORDERING:
Orders must be placed at least one (1) day before regular delivery day and no later than 3 :OO pm. If you would prefer that our Order Dept. call each week for your order, please notify us to set up a convenient time schedule. We have two phone numbers which are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our phone numbers are 856_-691-5772 or toll free at 1-_800-642-9124. If you wish to place an order or if you have any questions or service problems, please call immediately.
DELIVERIES:
Our deliveries are scheduled for once a week. Please try to plan ahead when placing your orders. Special deliveries require a $5.00 fuel surcharge.
MINIMUMS:
There will be a delivery minimum of $40.00. Orders less than this amount will be charged a $10.00 fee.
RETURNS:
All returns are subject to inspection at the VSI warehouse before any credit is issued. There will be no credit given for any product with a broken seal or any container that has been opened. Also, no credit will be given for any juice product that is 60 days old and all other products that are 90 days old.
